The All-Ness of the Christian Life

Living in the Fullness of Everything God Has Already Provided
Colossians 2:9-10 - 9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10 and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority.
Big Idea: Everything God asks of us, He has already provided for us in Christ. The Christian life is not about earning God's favor but walking in what Christ has already accomplished.
Introduction
Many people own devices with features they never use. Likewise, many Christians know they are saved but never discover the fullness of what belongs to them in Christ. Throughout the New Testament, the little word 'all' reveals the completeness of God's provision. The Holy Spirit works in believers to help us experience what Christ has already secured.

1. God Has Blessed Us with ALL Spiritual Blessings

Ephesians 1:3 - 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
God isn't waiting to bless you—He already has.
• A. Our blessings are already ours in Christ.
• B. The greatest blessings are spiritual: peace, joy, forgiveness, adoption, purpose, and eternal life.
• C. Faith receives what grace has already provided.
Paul uses the past tense: God 'has blessed us.' The Greek word eulogeō speaks of God's favor bestowed in Christ. Salvation places us in Christ and the Holy Spirit enables us to live in those blessings every day.

2. He Has Given Us ALL Things for Life and Godliness

2 Peter 1:3 - 3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
God never calls you to a life He hasn't equipped you to live.
• A. Everything needed for daily life.
• B. Everything needed for holy living.
• C. Knowing Christ helps us experience His provision.
Peter points believers to the knowledge of Christ, not self-effort. Sanctification is both a work God begins and a daily walk empowered by the Holy Spirit.

3. He Makes ALL Grace Abound

2 Corinthians 9:8 - 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Where your need increases, God's grace increases even more.
• A. Grace is enough.
• B. Grace never runs dry.
• C. Grace empowers us to serve faithfully.
Grace is more than forgiveness; it is God's enabling power. Pentecost reminds us that the Spirit equips believers to live and serve beyond their natural strength.

4. ALL the Promises of God Are Yes and Amen

2 Corinthians 1:20 - 20 For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
If God promised it, Jesus guaranteed it.
• A. God's promises never expire.
• B. God's promises never fail.
• C. Every promise finds its fulfillment in Christ.\ God's promises are anchored in His character. The Spirit builds faith in the believer's heart so we can stand on God's Word with confidence. Illustration: Every promise carries God's signature like a guaranteed check.

5. Filled with ALL His Fullness

Ephesians 3:19 - 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
God wants to fill you today, not just take you to heaven someday.
• A. Filled with His love.
• B. Filled with His Spirit.
• C. Filled until Christ overflows through our lives.
Paul prays believers will experience God's fullness. We teach that the fullness of the Spirit is not merely an event but a continual life of surrender and empowerment.

6. He Supplies ALL Our Need

Philippians 4:19 - 19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Where God guides, God provides.
• A. God knows every need.
• B. His resources are unlimited.
• C. His provision comes through Christ.
Paul wrote these words to generous believers. God's provision includes spiritual, emotional, and physical needs according to His wisdom and riches in Christ.

7. ALL Things Are Yours

1 Corinthians 3:21-23 - 21 Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours: 22 whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas, or the world or life or death, or things present or things to come—all are yours. 23 And you are Christ’s, and Christ isGod’s.
When Christ became ours, everything we truly need became ours.
• A. We belong to Christ.
• B. Christ owns everything.
• C. Our inheritance is secure forever.
Because we belong to Christ, our identity changes. The Holy Spirit continually reminds us we are children of God and heirs with Christ, living from inheritance rather than fear.

Conclusion
God has blessed us, equipped us, covered us with grace, secured every promise, filled us with His fullness, supplied every need, and given us an eternal inheritance in Christ. Our response is to believe His Word, yield to the Holy Spirit, and walk daily in the fullness of His 'ALL.'
Romans 8:32 - 32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
Faith doesn't persuade God to provide; it receives what God has already provided.
God's 'ALL' is always greater than your need.
